Do You Know an Individual or Family in Need?

We are only accepting referrals from other support agencies on Staten Island for neighbors who are transitioning from homelessness. If you know of an individual or a family that needs help furnishing their new home or apartment as they transition into permanent housing, please have them contact their Social Service Agency to fill out the Agency Referral Form below.
